WEDC Foundation

Invest in our Scholars

Legacy giving is the WEDC Foundation's Endowment Fund plan. Our vision is to create a legacy of accomplished and independent women who will share their energy and success. You can share in our vision of making a difference through Legacy Giving by making a bequest to the WEDC Foundation in your will. Your bequest will make a difference in the lives of current scholars and those future scholars who are continuing to live the dream of a college education. Speak with your attorney to make the charitable donation of your choosing.

Your bequest can be designed for our general scholarship fund, the Flexible Financial Assistance, or a named endowment for investment in the WEDC Foundation Endowment fund.  (Requests for a named scholarship fund endowment requires a minimum bequest of $10,000 over a three year period.)

Your commitment to the Legacy Giving Endowment Fund can take place on several different levels:

  • A specific dollar amount

  • A percent of your estate

  • Specific assets or a contingency bequest

There is no better way to make a difference in the lives of future generations of women who will be the leaders in our community.
